Dr Jili is currently a Senior Lecturer and the Acting Head of the Department of Public Administration at the University of Zululand. She has published a number of papers in accredited national and international journals, supervised a number of postgraduates’ students, edited a peer reviewed book, hosted numerous academic seminars, presented papers in local, national and international conferences and a reviewer of different accredited journals. She is very passionate about research, teaching and learning and takes pride in contributing and keeping UNIZULU flag flying high.
