Mrs Mntambo has accumulated twenty-two years working experience at the University of Zululand. She has been a Lecturer in the Faculty of Commerce, Administration and Law for more than twelve years. She started by lecturing Industrial Psychology modules and Human Resource Management modules. She has a vast practical experience in Human Resources. She has taught Marketing Management for five years and has taught Business Management for about three years. She is in possession of Masters in Commerce, majored in Industrial Psychology and has recently obtained her Masters in Management.
