Mrs Koenane (Masechaba) is a lecturer in the Department of Business Management and thrives to excel in what she does in as far as empowering students to be able to touch the untouchable stars. She also believes that as an academic she needs to engage herself in life-long learning in order to be relevant to teaching & learning methodologies in the 4IR era. Mrs Koenane is involved in career guidance at local high school where she seeks to add value to learners who are about to choose streams that will take them to their desirable futures. Apart from school projects, Mrs Koenane has presented academic papers at conferences.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Administration (SBS);
• Masters in Management [Human Resource Managament] (UFS),
• Advanced Diploma in Labour Relations (UZ);
• Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology (UZ).
