Mr SW Sibiya is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a lecturer at the University of Zululand in the field of labour law and administrative law. He holds an LLB and LLM degrees from the University of KwaZulu Natal. He is currently a LLD candidate at the Univeristy of Zululand.

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
