I have worked for the Ethekwini Municiplaity as an intern industrial psychologist, for Accenture as an analyst as well as in operations for a call centre entity. My teeth was cut in academia when I tutored Business management at UKZN at 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd level students. I lectured at UKZN in 2 different stints on a contract basis. My passion is marketing, where I have graduated many masters students in the field with accompanying publications. I have also been heavily involved in organising the Mbali conference at the faculty, where liasing with ABSA our partners for the conference, is my main function. My publications list is growing and I am also supervising research students. I am seeking collaborations with national and international universities to research areas in marketing and in entrepreneurship which is my other field of expertise.
