Adv. Moses Moeletsi is a lecturer at the University of Zululand (Unizulu) in the Department of Law.  Before his employment at Unizulu he held numerous senior positions in the public sector (South Africa), his last position being the Chief Executive Officer of National Regulator (NRCS) of Compulsory Specification, an agency of the Department of Trade and Industry (the dti). In his position at the NRCS he worked with a number of International Regulatory bodies in the area of Compulsory Standards.  He is also known as Consumer Rights activist having established the first operational Consumer Court in South Africa.  At dti he facilitated the drafting of Consumer Protection Policy, the National Credit Act and participated in the amendment of many other legislations.   Moeletsi was also the owner of Bapong Consulting and  Director of What Went Wrong.  He has served as a Director in a number of Boards and also served as a Pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. 

Adv. Moeletsi is currently a registered LLD student at the University of Pretoria.

  • Advanced Diploma in Labour Law,
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Master of International Business (MIB).

  • Public International Law.
